Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPN37 marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what information we process to provide our services, why we process it, and how long we retain it. Third-party websites and payment providers are governed by their own privacy policies; accessing them through VPN37 does not bring them within this policy.
Account Information and How We Use It
You can create a VPN37 account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is neither required information nor a condition for account activation. We use account information to verify identity, associate subscriptions with accounts, and manage access. Passwords are stored as hashes that cannot be directly converted back into plain text, and are not used for access analytics.
We retain the plan status, summarized data usage, and order records needed to provide subscriptions, calculate remaining data, verify payments, and process refunds. When you submit a support ticket, we also process the issue description and attachments you choose to provide. Do not include your password, full payment credentials, or personal information unrelated to the issue in a ticket.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Data
VPN37 follows a no-logs policy: we do not record which websites users visit through subscription routes, store browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history, or build profiles of individual browsing activity. Usage summaries for billing reflect data consumption only and do not include destinations.
During a route connection, connection status may be processed temporarily to maintain the current session and is released when the session ends. We do not retain persistent connection logs that can be linked to an account. Troubleshooting relies on aggregated operational metrics and diagnostic information users choose to provide; browsing activity is not used for troubleshooting. Website analytics are handled separately from activity on subscription routes.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
The marketing website may process page paths, referring pages, browser categories, and page interaction events to understand how content is used and improve site navigation. Analytics are limited to this website and do not extend to other sites users visit through subscription routes. Analytics events should not contain passwords, authentication tokens, or subscription links.
Cookies and local storage help maintain your sign-in, save language preferences, and remember essential interface choices. Analytics may also use cookies to distinguish visits. Authentication information is used to verify your identity with the user panel, not to build advertising profiles. You can clear or restrict this storage in your browser settings, but may need to sign in again or reset your preferences. On a shared device, sign out and clear your sign-in state when finished.
Payment Processing and Information Disclosure
We support Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider. VPN37 receives the transaction reference, amount, and payment status needed to verify an order; we do not ask you to provide your payment account password. The information collected by each payment provider and its retention practices are governed by the provider’s published policy.
Account information is not sold or rented. Information needed to deliver the service, verify payments, or meet applicable legal obligations may be processed by the relevant service providers, with disclosure limited to what is necessary for those purposes. In response to a valid legal disclosure requirement, we process only information that we are legally required to provide and actually hold.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
We retain account information for as long as the account remains active and as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as needed for transaction verification and as required by applicable law. Support ticket information is deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are resolved. Analytics data is retained only as long as needed for its analytical purpose; identifiable details are not kept indefinitely.
You can submit a support ticket through the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. Please specify the scope of your request. We will first verify that the account belongs to you. Deletion may prevent you from signing in, managing your subscription, or viewing past orders. Records that must be retained by law or are still involved in a dispute will be restricted to their necessary purpose and deleted when the reason for retention no longer applies. Residual data in backups is removed as backups are rotated.
Policy Updates and Privacy Questions
We will publish policy changes on this page and update the month shown at the top. For significant changes to processing purposes, information collected, or user rights, we will provide notice on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, we will obtain it as required.
To ask about how your data is processed, raise a privacy concern, or check the progress of a deletion request, contact us through a user panel support ticket and provide only the information needed to review your request. For subscription terms, see our Terms of Service. This policy does not replace the terms governing transactions and services.
