What to Include in Your Ticket
Connection & Client Issues
Tell us which platform and client you use, the error shown, your selected region and route type, and roughly when the issue started. Include your network environment and whether you’ve tried another route. Clarify whether you can’t connect at all or a particular site won’t load after connecting; this helps narrow down the cause.
Find the client downloads on the user panel download page. For help importing a subscription for the first time, check the getting started guide. Learn about region and route types in the node guide.
Subscription, Payment & Refund Issues
Include the relevant order ID, payment method, and current order status. If the status hasn’t updated after payment, add the payment time and a receipt with sensitive details redacted. Please don’t pay again while the order is being checked.
VPN37 offers 30-day no-questions-asked refunds. To request one, include the order details and your refund request in a ticket. See the Terms of Service for the full policy. Check the pricing page for plan billing details.
Do not send your account password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment details in a ticket. Redact these from screenshots, leaving only the status and error message needed to troubleshoot.
Following Up on a Ticket
Where can I see support replies?
Sign in to the user panel and open the ticket page, then select the relevant ticket to view replies. If you have more error details or an update, add them to the same ticket so the information stays together.
What if I haven’t received a reply yet?
First, check that your ticket was submitted successfully and that it includes relevant platform, error, or order details. No standard response time has been published. While you wait, you can browse the Help Center; there’s no need to open multiple tickets for the same issue.
Can I submit a ticket if I can’t sign in?
You need to sign in to the user panel to access tickets. Check that your username and password are correct. VPN37 does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are all you need. If you still can’t access the panel, see the Help Center’s account and subscription guides. No other contact options are listed on this page.
